RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellations: Customers can request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever comes first), by calling +91-9829097074 or +91-7357941888. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of food and consumable items, returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos of the package and item).

Refund Process: Upon inspecting and approving your request, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account or payment source.
